New plugin version release

2024-06-10 : V1.2.1.14

- Fixed an issue where the plugin would not reconnect automatically after a design push.
- Fixed an issue where ports that don't support POE displayed POE usage.
- Fixed the stroke color of the port in device view when it displays POE as active on unsupported ports.

Tested with M4250 v13.0.4.19.
