We call it Central Command. We’re not going to say much more than that, because it’s not public, and it’s not meant to be. It’s the reason our systems work the way they do, and why what we’re building is different from what else is out there.
Not trying to be cryptic for the sake of it. Some things just stay internal.
What we will say is, everything we release is built on top of it. And you’ll start to see why that matters.

A few people have asked us how TradeOS actually works, specifically how it knows what to say.
Fair question.
It’s not pulling from some generic database. It learns from the intelligence we’ve built inside Zyvex AIs. That means it handles your industry the way someone who actually understands it not like a chatbot that was trained on customer service scripts from a phone company.
It knows what a tradie’s customer actually sounds like. It knows when someone’s serious and when they’re just kicking tyres. And it knows how to move them toward booking.

People always picture AI as robots and sci-fi.
