We're excited to share that Enabled Talent is sponsoring the 2026 Guinness World Record Attempt for the Most People Solving a Rotating Tactile Puzzle Cube across multiple venues.

Inspired by the spirit of blindfolded cubing, this initiative brings together people with and without disabilities to promote inclusion, connection, confidence, and community.

What began as a way to help a visually impaired friend reconnect with the world has grown into a movement that challenges perceptions and celebrates human potential. Through a shared experience, participants will come together to demonstrate that meaningful inclusion happens when everyone has the opportunity to participate.

We're honoured to support an event that aligns so closely with our mission of creating a more inclusive world where talent, ability, and contribution are recognized and valued.

A special thank you to Thomas Wong, Irene Chu, Michelle P**n, Inclusive Momentum, and the many volunteers and community partners making this Guinness World Record Attempt possible.

Stay tuned as we share more about the event and the inspiring people behind it.

"If you can't do something one way, it's an opportunity to create something new." β€” Haben Girma

Haben Girma is a disability rights advocate, author, and the first deafblind graduate of Harvard Law School.

Her words remind us that inclusion is not about fitting people into existing systems. It's about creating environments, tools, and opportunities that work for everyone.

Across Africa, millions of persons with disabilities continue to face barriers to education and employment. Yet when organizations embrace accessibility, they unlock new ways for people to learn, contribute, and succeed.

At Enabled Africa, we believe that a more inclusive future starts by recognizing that there is more than one path to opportunity.

An internship changed everything for someone you haven't met yet.

One co-op placement.
One foot in the door.
That is often all it takes for a person with a disability or from an overlooked community to go from waiting to thriving.

"One Company One Talent" is asking every Canadian business to create just one opportunity this year. Participating employers may also qualify for government wage subsidies and funding support to help reduce hiring costs.

Your next great hire is already out there.

We're a finalist in the 2026 Niagara Business Achievement Awards, and not just in any category.

Enabled Talent has been named a finalist for Excellence in Business: Equity Entrepreneur, an award that recognizes businesses driving real change through equity, inclusion, and opportunity.

This one means a lot.

We started Enabled Talent because we believed, and still believe, that the most overlooked talent pools hold some of the most capable people. That inclusive hiring isn't charity. It's just smart business. Being recognized for that work by the and RBC is a reminder that this mission is worth showing up for every single day.

Thank you to the Niagara Falls Innovation Hub for the support, and to everyone in our community who has championed what we're building.

The awards ceremony is June 17th. 🀞

Congratulations to fellow finalists , .pet , GrowBuildLearn, and Eleanor Pineau, proud to stand alongside you.

Most conversations about inclusive hiring happen online.

This Saturday, we're taking it offline.

Enabled Talent will be at Burlington's Accessible Sport and Art Fair and we're bringing the conversation about inclusive hiring directly to the community.

We'll have an information booth at Tansley Woods Community Centre where you can stop by, ask real questions, and learn how we connect individuals of all abilities with employers who are ready to open one door.

Whether you're a jobseeker looking for your next opportunity, an employer wondering where to start, or someone who just wants to understand what inclusive hiring actually looks like in practice, this is the place to be.

And the best part? It's completely free.

Every great hire starts with one open door.

852,000+ working-age Canadians with disabilities are ready to work. They have the skills, the drive, and the dedication. What they need is one company willing to say yes.

That is the idea behind "One Company One Talent", our national campaign running May through October 2026.

We are asking businesses, nonprofits, municipalities, colleges, and startups across Canada to make one commitment: create one opportunity for a person with a disability or from an underrepresented community. A job, an internship, a co-op, a mentorship, whatever fits your organization.

One decision. Real change.

The work doesn't go unnoticed.

We're proud to share that our MPP Breakfast Reception at Queen's Park during National AccessAbility Week 2026 has been covered across major Canadian and international media outlets.

From The Province to The Canadian Press to Benzinga, the conversation around accessibility, inclusion, and a barrier-free Canada is reaching audiences far and wide.

This is what happens when the right people come together at the right table. The story spreads. The movement grows.

Nearly 27% of Canadians live with a disability. This is not a niche issue, it is a national priority.

We are just getting started.
