Thank you for hosting the partner study hall yesterday.

Really appreciate you putting this together for partners in town. Great to spend the morning with the shopify team and fellow app & agency partners.

The session was great, with really good insights on ucp and agentic commerce. Would love to see more sessions like this, and more partner events from shopify.

Search engines reward popularity. AI rewards relevance.

If you’ve been sitting on a niche idea because it feels too small, you’re reading the data backwards. Build the specific thing. AI will find your customer.

Spent the last couple of weekends rebuilding my website.

It’s a hub for Shopify merchants and agencies. Resources, tools, prompts. Things you can actually use to grow a store with AI.

Today I’m adding the first piece - a Shopify Sidekick prompt library.

Small right now. A few prompts for product descriptions, customer support, and analytics. The small jobs that eat your time. I’ll add more every week.

great catching up with Shopify partners in-person at the toronto office this week.

always energizing to be in the room with people building for the same ecosystem.

Harley Finkelstein said something that stuck with me: “shopify gives a sh*t about merchants and partners”.

and honestly, you feel it. it’s not just words. the way they’re investing in bringing agencies and app partners closer together, the way they show up for this community, it means a lot.

i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again: shopify has the best partner ecosystem on the planet. nothing else comes close.
