For anyone that has LiveTV through us. The service suffered a DNS attack on Thanksgiving Day which forced the service to switch DNS servers as well as perform a major update to all of its servers. It is slowly coming all back but have been informed that it'll still take a bit to work all of the kinks out. As of right now, there is still no ETA on when it will be fully resolved but the tech team is working diligently to get it fully working again as soon as possible. New apps are also coming as well. If you are requiring any devices to be updated, we will be available between 9am and 5pm today to try to accommodate updating your devices if needed. Sorry about the inconvenience this has caused but it is being taken care of.

No more free updates for jumping from Windows 7/8 to Windows 10 to Windows 11. If you are wanting to go to Windows 11, you will only be able to continue doing the free upgrade from Windows 10 only as Microsoft has now officially closed the door that allowed users to jump from earlier versions of its operating system.
