We’re thrilled to welcome Royal LePage Brant Realty to the RealDesk platform!
I first met Jason Tangorra - Broker of Record at an Ontario Real Estate Association leadership event — the kind of place you go if you’re serious about improving your craft and pushing for smarter ways to run a brokerage. From our first conversation, it was clear he saw the potential in using technology not just to check boxes, but to drive real operational change.
That mindset carried through every step of the onboarding. Sue and Leanne, Brant’s all-star admin team, were clear about what wasn’t working with their old system: too many manual tasks, not enough visibility, and too much time spent on the kinds of jobs that software should handle automatically. Things like spending half a day each month manually downloading and emailing agent statements — RealDesk now handles that in the background.
Jason put it best:
