!!BACK TO SCHOOL!!

Hello dear IG friends, we have a couple of special announcements for you.

As some of you know, I (Rhodi) have been on maternity leave the last 18 months, which is why we have been operating on energy save mode, with Peter managing a lot of the work which has been with our nearest and most long-standing clients. What a lot of you DON’T know though is that I am not only sending my kids off to school this September but also saying goodbye (temporarily) to Peter who will be leaving Toronto for Geneva to pursue a Masters in Media Design () at .

It is now his turn to shift his focus to this important personal growth project, and for me to grind the gears of our little studio. After all, this is why we started this journey together. To be free to grow, and create along side each other.

As I did on my maternity leave, Peter will be working for the studio part-time while he takes some time to metamorphosize into his next version 🥹

Coming to the end of this year, we want to take the opportunity to thank all of you, our friends, clients and followers, for supporting us.

We wish you a Happy New Year, and we want to remind you to stay cheerful.

It’s challenging to be positive during the winter months (especially here in Canada) so here are some tips to stay cheerful through the upcoming hibernating season:

• Make your abode very cozy by baking and cooking lots!
• Invite friends over, or invite yourself over to theirs with a pot of something yummy.
• Bundle up and take advantage of every single sunny (even if it’s blustery) day by going outside to walk in nature or a park.
• Start your day with a warm beverage and a promise to treat yourself with kindness.
• Share a hug with a loved one, a friend or a pet every day.

Spend some time journaling, planning and dreaming about what you will do during the spring.

Hope you have a wonderful winter and an even greater 2023!

For our first product, the Garden Creatures Mini Blanket, we collaborated with the spectacularly talented Camilla Teodoro.

Camilla Teodoro is a Filipina-born illustrator based in Toronto, creating colourful characters roaming in their own world.

With the original illustration Camilla takes us for a walk in her garden to introduce us to the adorable creatures that live there.

We are happy to announce that we’re launching a tiny online store which is officially OPEN!

One of the reasons we started our studio was to work on projects outside of the traditional graphic design services we would offer clients. After establishing ourselves and battling through the changes the COVID pandemic brought to our business we are happy to start this journey.

Our goal is to feature small batches of goods that we have made in the studio or in collaboration with our favourite makers. Expect only a few products launched each year, we’re not trying to become indigo 😂
