Your hard drive contains important information which can be retrieved even if you format it 100 times. There are software available which can pull out all the deleted or formatted data from your hard drive. So, if your hard drive goes to wrong hand it will be misused. Therefore, before you throw your laptop or desktop or SD card or any kinds of hard drive destroy it with hammer or burn it if possible.
