Chapter24 is Hiring: Outreach Expert (Junior & Intern)
We are looking for Outreach Experts (One Junior & One Intern) who can identify the right prospects, craft thoughtful outreach, and turn conversations into qualified business opportunities across Upwork, GCC markets, and global clients.
You’ll work closely with our growth team to research prospects, manage outreach campaigns, improve response rates, and build a consistent pipeline of relevant opportunities.
What You’ll Work On:
• Finding and qualifying opportunities on Upwork
• Researching potential clients across GCC and global markets
• Running outreach through email, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant channels
• Writing personalized proposals and cold outreach messages
• Follow up with prospects and maintaining conversations
• Qualifying leads based on business needs and fit
• Tracking outreach performance and improving campaign results
• Working with the team to refine targeting and outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong written and spoken English
• Understanding of lead generation and sales outreach
• Good understanding of Upwork bidding and client communication
• Strong research and prospecting skills
• Ability to write natural, personalized proposals and outreach copy
• Comfortable communicating with GCC and international prospects
• Analytical mindset to test and improve outreach performance
• Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented approach
• Previous experience with Upwork, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or lead generation is a plus
