I now have great protection from everything bad because your comptr tech.s have put the best anti virus and malware protection on my comptr. I never have to worry again ever thank you.

Dina Karr John, you are the best Tech I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Who else would answer a call at 6:25 A.M... Only you.. I appreciate you, the honesty you speak & an abundance of information. You have worked on my computer many time with excellent results. You must let your boss see this because You John, deserve kudos for your hard work and showing interest in what you do. You are very Professional and so kind to explain what is going on with the computer and what you are doing to correct it. I trust you with my computer and you don't hide what you're doing like some companies will do and do perform in an unprofessional manner. Kudos to you..

Don Burns John Sati did a super job in cleaning up both my laptop (Win 7) and my desktop (XP) I wasn't even using my desktop because it was so slow! Thanks John you were very patient and helpful.

Bonnie Craig John, I am so proud to have you as a friend and a computer tech! Every time my computer gets out of shape you rush in and fix it for me! It is so nice to have someone that really does a great job and makes sure we are happy.
