Hi everyone, we will be shutting down the app soon. Please do not start any new campaigns this month.

Some of you have experienced a lack of updates to your contest -- this is a function of Facebook's updated API, hence why we're shutting down FanCrank. Thanks everyone.

Just a reminder -- FanCrank is set to shut down on April 2, 2015. The month of March will be the final contests for everyone. There are some issues with the Facebook API that is preventing some updates -- we expect that the final counts for top fan of the month will be accurate when produced. Thanks for understanding.

To our valued friends and app users -- FanCrank is scheduled to be shut down on April 2, 2015. For paying users, we have turned off billing so you'll be able to use full functionality till the end of the month.

While our app has received a lot of great feedback and does wonders for boosting engagement on pages, the new API updates prohibit us financially from continuing to invest resources into the app.

This is the last month that FanCrank will be usable -- thank you everyone for understanding.

UPDATE: Our SSL certificate is being updated as we speak. You will not be able to access the page app for a bit. Information won't be lost however.

We expect to have everything back to normal in a few hours. Thanks.

UPDATE: Pages should be updating as designed now. If your page is not updating, odds are you don't have your "prize" for the month in place.

NOTE: If your installation of FanCrank does not include a prize for the month, the system will not update the leaderboard.

KNOWN ISSUE: Many of the pages are currently not being updated. This is a function of FanCrank growing bigger than we anticipated.

We are currently working on this because there are a lot of people in the middle of contests for the month and they're worried about it. We expect to have a resolution done in the next day.

PLEASE tell your fans that an update is coming and that the results won't be affected. January fans will be ok.
