Every platform has one.

The button you're afraid to click because you're not 100% sure what will happen.

Delete?

Publish?

Finalize?

Release Results?

Most users have experienced that moment when they stop, hover over a button, and think:

"Maybe I should ask someone first."

Not because the platform is difficult to use.

Because when you're trying to get work done, you don't want to stop, open a 100-page manual, search through help articles, or watch a 15-minute tutorial.

You just want an answer.

That's one of the reasons we built the YouTestMe AI Assistant.

Embedded directly within the platform, the AI Assistant provides contextual guidance based on the page, workflow, and task the user is performing. Users can ask questions in natural language and receive immediate assistance, feature explanations, configuration guidance, and links to relevant documentation or video resources without interrupting their work.

The goal is simple: reduce friction, accelerate onboarding, and help users complete tasks with confidence.

Sometimes users don't need a support ticket.

They just need confidence before clicking the button.

Picture this: 500 candidates, 3 rooms, 12 proctors, a spreadsheet from 2019, and someone who "definitely sent that email."

Welcome to exam day. 🙃

We figured there had to be a better way.

YouTestMe E-Testing Center digitizes the entire exam lifecycle - from seat allocation and scheduling to AI-powered proctoring and automatic grading.

No more scrambling over who’s sitting where, chasing down missing registrations, or waiting hours for results. Instead, staff get a live digital map of the entire center, real-time visibility into every candidate’s progress, and results the moment the exam ends.

Because exams should test candidates - not the patience of the people running them.

Should virtual interviews allow candidates to re-record their answers?

In a traditional face-to-face interview, candidates typically do not get a second chance to answer a question. Once the answer is given, the conversation moves on.

However, virtual interviews create new possibilities.

For non-technical questions, particularly those focused on communication, leadership, collaboration, and other soft skills, allowing a single retake may help candidates overcome initial nervousness and present a more accurate reflection of their abilities. It can reduce the impact of interview anxiety while still preserving the authenticity of the assessment.

On the other hand, too many retakes may shift the evaluation away from spontaneous communication and toward rehearsed responses.

In YouTestMe Virtual Interview, recruiters can decide whether candidates are allowed to re-record answers, and if so, how many attempts are permitted for each question.

Would you enable this feature?

We'd love to hear your perspective.

HR professionals and recruiters: would you allow retakes for soft-skill questions? Why or why not?

Around Response #43, every answer starts sounding the same. Especially on a Friday afternoon, when finding the difference becomes the actual test.

“Great communicator.”
“Strong team player.”
“Familiar with cybersecurity best practices.”

Technically correct?
Maybe.

Senior-level depth and actual understanding?
Not always.

That’s exactly why we built YouTestMe AI Grader.

AI Grader evaluates essays and video responses using your own rubrics, competencies, scoring logic, and evaluation criteria - helping organizations scale open-ended response grading with greater consistency, objectivity, and speed.

✔ Evaluate essays and video responses using AI
✔ Apply rubric-based scoring logic
✔ Analyze content, context, relevance, and quality
✔ Automatically transcribe video responses
✔ Reduce evaluator drift and scoring inconsistency
✔ Accelerate review and decision-making at scale

Because one evaluator’s “excellent answer” should not become another evaluator’s “good enough.”

Let AI handle the repetitive part.
Your experts focus on the insights that actually matter.

"Set up the Q3 compliance recertification for all 1,200 sales reps."

In most assessment platforms, that single request involves building the test, configuring the question pool, setting up the session, importing the user list, assigning permissions, and scheduling notifications, typically across several screens.

The AI Orchestrator in YouTestMe GetCertified executes the full workflow from one natural-language prompt. Question pools, tests, sessions, courses, and assignments are created and connected from a single interface.

Every action stays inside the user's existing security roles, with a clear audit trail.

For teams running high-volume certification programs, this turns a routine multi-step setup into a single command.

Phone screens are convenient for the hiring team.

They are not convenient for the candidate.

They have to take your call during their current workday, often from a place where they cannot speak freely. They get one chance to make an impression. They do it for every role they apply to.

That isn't a personal experience. It's a logistics burden the candidate absorbs because they have to.

Virtual Interview reverses it. The candidate responds on their own schedule, from a place they choose. Your team reviews everyone against the same questions, in the same conditions, against the same criteria.

The hiring manager's objection: "async video feels impersonal." Usually comes from people who have never been on the candidate side of a phone screen this year.

Try it from both sides.

What if every user had a product expert sitting next to them?

That's the idea behind the new AI Helper in YouTestMe GetCertified.

It's an in-app chatbot available on any page. Users ask questions in plain language. It answers, grounded in the product documentation, in real time, without a support ticket or a doc search.

A few examples:
→ "How do I set up recertification reminders for expiring credentials?"
→ "Where do I review flagged candidate recordings?"

The AI Helper explains the feature, walks through the configuration, and surfaces the right article or walkthrough video when a user wants to go deeper.

Enterprise-ready by design, built with the data handling and AI governance that IT and security teams expect.

If your admins and candidates spend time hunting through documentation or waiting on support, this is how you give that time back.

Hiring at scale through AI and online platforms is getting faster, but the cracks are showing. Inconsistency. Low visibility. Candidates are finding ways around weak or missing controls.

So, where does the process actually start to break down? And what does it take to keep hiring decisions consistent, explainable, and defensible at volume?

Join Robert Day (Cognisense) and Maja Hercegovac (YouTestMe) as they unpack what leading teams are doing to regain control without slowing down.

In 30 minutes, you'll learn:
- Why hiring processes become inconsistent at scale
- How candidates bypass evaluation systems when controls are weak
- How structured assessment frameworks reduce risk and strengthen verification
- What it takes to keep hiring decisions defensible and aligned with organizational standards

A certification is only as strong as the organization that stands behind it.

Candidates do not earn a "YouTestMe certificate." They earn a credential from your organization. The platform behind it should reflect that reality, not dilute it.

GetCertified is significantly customizable. Your domain. Your branding. Your certificates. Candidates see one name throughout the entire journey from registration to the exam to the credential. Yours.

This matters most in the places where trust is earned over years: professional certification bodies, regulated industries, and global training providers. The credential carries real weight. The platform should never compete with it.

We built GetCertified to be invisible by design. Your brand earns trust. We make sure the technology gets out of the way.

Ten minutes.

That is the time between signing up for a Virtual Interview and reviewing your first-ranked candidate responses.

Not ten days. Not ten meetings. Ten minutes.

Most screening tools require setup calls, onboarding sessions, and IT involvement before you see any value. By the time you launch, the hiring need that triggered the search is half-filled with the same manual process you were trying to replace.

Virtual Interview works differently. You add your questions. Candidates get a link. They respond on their own time. You review structured, comparable results.

No configuration project. No vendor alignment calls. No dependencies on anyone outside your team.

If your screening process needs improvement now, start here.
