Hello,

We are proud to announce the release of the latest update for The Better System, version 3.31!

This release includes API integration for sending email through Gmail, improvements to the Day and Date Range Summary reports, improvements to recalls, further improvements for appointment reminders, and more!

PLEASE NOTE: This update may very soon become critical for those using Gmail accounts to send email from our software, except for those who have a Google Workspace (domain-linked) account or have 2-Factor Authentication enabled.

If you are using our Remote Schedule Access, Better Notes, or Client/Server configuration for multiple computers, please get in touch for assistance with performing the update.

Hello everyone, and Happy New Year!

We are very happy indeed, as we're greeting 2021 with a brand new update including a big new feature - remote schedule access!

Even bigger, this update includes and represents the technologies that will drive a big new push for our company, including lots of great new features to come, such as online booking - and eventually a fully online software option as well!

We are pleased to announce the arrival of The Better System and Better Notes version 3.27!

This update includes several major improvements along with many other fixes and smaller changes.

Some of the big ones include:
- PDF emailing and saving of patient printouts!
- Print > Insurance allows printing selected billings AND payments
- Improvements and fixes when archiving and restoring patients
- Improvements and fixes to the recent insurance handling features
- A few more visual fixes and tweaks
- Quick access to add/edit/delete patient popup notes from the patient file

Better Notes is here, at last!

We have now released our paperless chart notes/EHR solution, Better Notes. An easy to use, highly customizable, flexible solution for your patient records and treatment notes. This is a very inexpensive add-on program for The Better System, which has also received a big update to version 3.25.

Better Notes is designed with an easy interface for touch screen and wireless tablet machines (Windows only for now), and will also work very well on laptops, desktops and more if you prefer your mouse and keyboard. Please contact us for more information.

This marks a new phase for Better Systems Group, we have big plans for this year and beyond so stay tuned!

Better Systems Group is proud to announce the release of The Better System version 3.24!

This release includes some major new features, in particular fully customizable, highly flexible treatment plan and block billing options! Other highlights include an optional waiting list feature to track patient arrival times, right-click to charge/uncharge visits directly from the appointment book, and send email/text reminders to specifically chosen patients only.

There are plenty of other additions, fixes and improvements as well, making this one of our biggest releases ever!

The Better System version 3.23 has been released, including the ability to send FREE cell phone text messages (SMS) to your patients for appointment reminders or other purposes, and the option to choose which reminder type(s) they want to receive!
