A lot of AI advice starts too big.

“Transform your whole business.”
“Automate everything.”
“Use these 100 prompts.”

But sometimes the best place to start is much simpler:

pick one task you already do often, give AI the right context, review the result, and save what worked.

Our team member Gurcharn Birdi wrote a practical beginner’s guide to AI workflows you can use today, from writing and summarizing to data cleanup, image generation, and brand voice.

It’s a useful starting point if you want to use AI in real work, not just experiment with it.

AMA Toronto’s new website is live!

This project was about more than updating the look of the site. We focused on making the website faster, safer, more accessible, and easier for the AMA team to manage.

A strong website should work well for visitors and for the people updating it behind the scenes.

Proud to have helped bring this project to life.

Is GA4 connected to your website the right way?

A lot of websites have Google Analytics installed, but the setup can become messy over time, especially when tracking gets added through plugins, direct code, and different platforms.

We put together a simple guide on why Google Tag Manager is usually the cleaner way to manage GA4 and future tracking needs.

Read it here:

One of the most common issues we see when taking over websites is GA4 that’s installed, but not in the best way for long-term tracking. Too often, it’s connected directly to the site or routed through a plugin, which can add unnecessary complexity and make tracking harder to manage over time. We...

People are using AI to work through content now: summarizing, extracting takeaways, and deciding what to do next.

That’s why we built PromptThis: “social share buttons” for AI research. With one click, a visitor can open ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity, or Claude with your page URL + a prompt you choose.

The real value isn’t convenience, it’s AI familiarity: making it more likely your content becomes part of a person’s ongoing AI workflow.

Email performance isn’t only about subject lines. In Gmail, recipients see your sender name and profile icon first, and that small visual cue can shape trust before the open. A subtle looping GIF icon is an easy way to make emails feel more credible and deliberate.

Search isn’t disappearing, but it is changing.

More answers are being generated by AI systems, which means visibility is no longer just about ranking pages. It’s about being cited.

I put together a video breaking down what current research shows about what gets picked up by AI tools, and why FAQ content aligns so well with how these systems work.

If you’re thinking about how AI is changing content strategy, this is a practical place to start:

What used to be search is now research.

AI didn’t just change tools — it changed behavior.
And that shift has big implications for how brands get discovered.

Worth understanding.

People already use AI to understand content.
They summarize it, question it, and explore it inside tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.

PromptThis meets that behavior where it already exists.

Think social sharing buttons — but for AI.
A WordPress plugin that lets visitors add your content to their AI tools with a guided prompt from you.

We’ve set up a prototype on our site.

30 years of building for the web.

This video shows how our homepage evolved alongside the internet itself. Design has drastically shifted throughout the years and we shift with it. We are proud to have been in this industry for 30 years. With that kind of history we understand the importance of adaptation.

Different eras. Same commitment to thoughtful design. That's KZ.
