Lossless audio is only as good as the system playing it.

Every part of your audio signal chain matters, from the source and processing to amplification and speakers. Upgrading to lossless streaming won’t necessarily improve your listening experience if the rest of your system can’t take advantage of it.

The good news? Modern integrated systems from brands like NAD and Bluesound can combine high-resolution streaming, processing and amplification into a single component.

At Cloud 9 Audio Visual, we help you understand your system, identify its limitations and make upgrades where they’ll have the greatest impact.

Better sound isn’t always about spending more. It’s about getting the right components working together.

A great sound system is only as good as its weakest link!

You might have incredible speakers, but an underpowered amplifier could be holding them back. Or maybe you’ve invested in a high-quality receiver, but your speakers aren’t delivering the full range of sound.

Every system and every space is different, and the best upgrade isn’t always the most expensive one.

At Cloud 9 Audio Visual, we look at the entire signal chain, from your audio source and amplification to your speakers and room acoustics, to identify where improvements will make the biggest difference.

Our goal is simple: help you get the best possible performance from your system and make sure your money is spent where it matters most.

Before upgrading your sound system, consider treating your room.

Hard surfaces like glass, concrete, floors, and ceilings reflect sound, creating unwanted echoes that can make music and conversation difficult to understand.

Whether you’re in a home theatre, boardroom, or restaurant, proper acoustic treatment can dramatically improve sound clarity by controlling these reflections.

Sometimes, the biggest improvement to your audio system isn’t new equipment. It’s a better-sounding room.

Clear audio is essential to a great video conferencing experience.

Modern beamforming microphones can do more than just pick up voices around a conference table. With advanced audio zoning, we can control exactly where sound is captured, helping eliminate unwanted background noise from nearby offices, hallways, and shared spaces.

Smarter audio solutions make for clearer communication and more productive meetings.

When you’re designing around a custom video wall, off-the-shelf audio solutions don’t always cut it.

For this installation, we used a custom-sized James by Sonance sound bar, built specifically to match the width of the video wall. The three-piece design combines dedicated left, centre and right channels into one seamless aluminum enclosure as part of a 7-speaker surround sound system with two subwoofers.

At just 3.5 inches deep, it delivers a full front soundstage while the complete system creates an immersive media room experience without compromising the clean, architectural look of the room.

Custom system. Custom audio. Built to fit.

Vinyl can sound incredible, but is it really the highest-quality way to listen?

Lossless digital audio can deliver deeper bass, greater dynamic range, and high-resolution sound without the physical limitations of a record.

The same principle applies to movies. Better source quality means more of the original audio and video actually makes it to your system.

If you’ve invested in great speakers, amplification, and a great display, don’t overlook the source!

Talk to a C9AV expert today and find out how you can optimize your home media experience.
