The Emergency Response Information Kit (ERIK) was created in partnership with Superior North EMS , Thunder Bay District Health Unit , and Age Friendly Thunder Bay . ERIK is a free in-home tool that provides first responders with vital patient details including medical history, medications, allergies, and emergency contacts to help paramedics deliver faster, safer care.

Through our Good Employees initiative, we provided funding to cover the printing costs for the second round of ERIK brochures, and our team volunteered to help assemble the kits

The Good Food Box Thunder Bay was started by the Northwestern Ontario Women's Centre, providing fresh, healthy, and local produce to families who need it most.

Through our Good Employees initiative, we provided funding to replace key equipment and lower box costs for local families. Beyond funding, our team rolled up their sleeves to help package boxes on site and celebrate an incredible milestone: 100,000 boxes delivered!

Every September, Canadians come together to honour the history and resilience of Indigenous peoples, reflect on the systemic abuses they have faced, and remember the children who never returned home from residential schools.

To observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30th, our offices and store will be closed.

At Tbaytel, we are committed to playing our part in building a future rooted in truth, respect, and reconciliation. We invite you to join people across the country for Remembering the Children, a national commemorative gathering held on the unceded, unsurrendered territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation on Parliament Hill. Featuring Survivor reflections, Indigenous performers, and moments of shared remembrance, this gathering honors Survivors, remembers the lost children, and reflects on the lasting impacts on Indigenous families and communities.

📺 Watch Live: Tune in on September 30th beginning at 12:00 PM ET on Tbaytel TV Channel 228.
