Instagram has recently been hacked and all Instagram Accounts have been compromised. If you still have access to your Instagram account, you need to change your password right away.
In some cases, Instagram accounts are sometimes linked to other accounts such as FACEBOOK and GOOGLE, in these cases, you need to change your passwords on those linked accounts also.

I have had reports of some of my local clients losing access to Facebook due to this Instagram hack. Reset these passwords before you are locked out of your accounts or worse, if you have a bad habit of using the same password on multiple different accounts, change that password everywhere you may have used it as it has been compromised..
