➡️ Our team Scotia Logic recently completed a streamlined Wi-Fi deployment for a small-business client using TP-Link business-grade solution.

➡️ The setup included ISP → Firewall & Router → Switches → Access Points, all managed through the Omada Controller. Its easy, centralized interface allowed us to adopt and configure all devices quickly.

➡️ We also implemented VLANs to separate office and guest networks, with port-level restrictions ensuring strong security. Testing confirmed full isolation on restricted VLANs.

➡️With cloud management, the client can now monitor their entire network, push firmware updates, and receive instant device-down alerts.

🔐 Microsoft 365 Account Compromise — Quick Case Study

One of our clients had their Microsoft 365 account hacked after clicking a malicious email. A week later, their account began sending fake OneDrive links to all contacts.

🚨 What We Found
• Hidden OneDrive folder
• Malicious inbox rule moving emails to RSS
• External “guest” accounts added
• Unauthorized logins from multiple locations

🛠️ How We Fixed It
• Reset password + enforced MFA
• Removed malicious rules
• Deleted hacker-created OneDrive folder
• Informed all affected contacts

💡 Key Lesson
MFA is critical. One wrong click can cause major damage, but quick action and proper security can contain the threat.
