The culture that Michael Logan and Reid McConkey have built at Resolved IT is rooted in deliberate excellence. That’s easy to say, but these three gentlemen have consistently owned, embodied, and lived that philosophy. Today, we’re proud to publicly recognize their contributions as we promote them into new roles, each with greater responsibility and impact as our company continues to grow.

𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 – Efficient, friendly, and a true team player, Chris has been a top-performing System Administrator since day one. When we sat down to discuss his career path, his excitement around automation was unmistakable. He’s already been leading the charge- building complex workflows and API integrations while still exceeding expectations on the service desk. Chris now officially steps into a new role focused on automation and AI, helping us and our clients do more with less, faster.

𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗶𝗿 – A consistent fan-favorite and often specifically requested for on-site work, Karan has earned the trust and admiration of both our clients and our team. His deep understanding of customer service and unwavering commitment to Resolved IT are unmatched. As our team grows, Karan has naturally taken on a mentorship role, training new members in both technical and soft skills. This promotion makes his unofficial leadership official and marks a major step forward for both Karan and our service team.

𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗸 – The go-to problem solver for the toughest challenges, Matt is our hero. He now officially steps into my former role as our Lead Systems Engineer, where he’ll continue to tackle complex issues and lead our technical excellence. Matt’s ability to think critically, act decisively, and deliver results makes him the perfect fit for this role.
