Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
β’ Identify and target potential corporate clients who require IT services, solutions, or support.
β’ Research and gather information about potential clients and their IT needs.
2. Sales Presentation and Consultation:
β’ Develop a deep understanding of E-net Solutions' IT services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to corporate clients.
β’ Conduct product/service presentations, consult with clients on their IT requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
3. Client Relationship Management:
β’ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their IT needs are met.
β’ Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
β’ Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to corporate clients.
β’ Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to develop custom solutions.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
β’ Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
β’ Continuously monitor and report on sales metrics and progress.
6. Market Analysis and Research:
β’ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to make informed sales strategies.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
β’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM software.
β’ Generate regular sales reports for management review.
8. Collaboration and Teamwork:
β’ Work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience in corporate IT sales, preferably in the IT solutions/services industry.
β’ Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
β’ Proficiency in using CRM and sales software.
β’ Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
β’ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
β’ Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
