46RH with lots of damage built and tuned up for a classic Mopar hotrod.

Lots of carefully picked parts

Gpz clutches / bands
47re / HD internal geartrain parts
Tansgo shift kit
All new bushings, thrust washers and bearings
Various parts from sonnax and superior to prevent common weak spots in these transmissions

We also made a build list and small user manual for band adjustments and service specs.

If the transmission ever needs servicing in the future there’s no guessing on parts or what kind of mods were performed.

Allison 1000 build, all Goerend equipped. Decent paint job for having limited resources. Holding lots of power, but most importantly it’s shifting with comfortable drivability.

That’s the difference between a good and a mediocre transmission.

It’s hit a point where I find it risky relying on other people / trans builders workmanship to maintain our reputation and credibility that ultimately has our name on it when the vehicle gets picked up.

So moving forward we are now going to do select transmissions in house. Im sure there will be some learning curves along the way but we will always make sure it’s right before it leaves the shop

Nice Megacab dodge diesel in for some suspension repair. All genuine OEM balljoints, OEM axle unjoints, OEM brakes, and monotube Bilstein shocks. Washed the truck before we got it in the shop to ensure quality work.

Quite pleased with this 7.3 truck. Over the years we we’ve been slowly been upgrading things as they break and I’m really confident this truck has over 500hp now.

Last time the truck was in we did the regulated return fuel system, injectors, valve cover harnesses, 8 new glow plugs and the custom tuning. We also found the reg return didn’t have the best solution for hooking up the fuel lines to the blocks so we made some braided AN fuel lines. Truck has close to 400,000km and runs great. Probably other little odds and ends I can’t think off.

-Fass fuel system
-Driven Diesel regulated return
-Built trans
-Our fabricated custom 4” dual exhaust w/ 4” downpipe
-Warren 180cc 30% injectors
-KC gen 2 stg 1 Turbo
-PHP hydra chip with custom tuning (switch on the fly)

We don’t specialize in any platforms. We can make them all run and drive proper!

We have now added walnut blasting to our service list for your GDI or multiport engines. This Mazda was direct injection and had intermittent misfires on cold start and while driving. We ran some tests to find out surely it was the intake valve hanging open. We tried an aerosol solution with a bit of an improvement, but still wasn’t fixed. Intake tract solutions can work ok if there’s a small amount of build up, but it can pool in the intake manifold and is known to be hard on cats if you’re not careful with it . So we decided it was time to order the intake port blasting machine. It does work good I’m sure we will get it more dialed in as we use it more.
