For Puddesters Home Heating, the goal was to build a website that feels as reliable and approachable as the team behind the business.

The focus was on making information simple to find, building confidence in the team, and creating a smooth experience across desktop and mobile.

Day two in Twillingate! 💙

Our team spent another full day creating content for Visit Twillingate, from exploring local history with Captain Dave and heading out on the water to experiencing live music and ending the day with an incredible Twillingate sunset.

A big thank you to everyone who welcomed us and shared a little piece of Twillingate with our team. We loved getting to experience it all while capturing the stories that make this place so special.

Last week, our founder, Sheldon Payne, had the opportunity to speak at HeyOrca's Community-Led Marketing Summit, sharing why community is becoming one of the most valuable assets in the age of AI search.

One of Sheldon's biggest messages was that community is no longer just a marketing strategy. It's becoming part of your search strategy. The businesses that earn trust through real relationships, conversations, and advocacy will have an advantage as AI search continues to evolve.

Community has always been valuable. AI is simply making it more visible.

Last week, members of our team had the opportunity to attend HeyOrca's Community-Led Marketing Summit here in St. John's.

The conversations throughout the day reinforced something we strongly believe: great marketing doesn't happen in isolation. It grows through collaboration, shared experiences, and a willingness to learn from one another.

Successful paid advertising is rarely about spending more.

More often, it's about making better decisions with the budget you already have.

After taking over management of a former client's campaigns, our focus was on improving efficiency across the account. That meant refining targeting, optimizing campaign structure, identifying areas of wasted spend, and aligning the campaigns more closely with how customers actually move through the buying journey.

Over a 28-day comparison period:

• Add-to-carts increased by 58.2%
• Purchases increased by 72.3%
• Revenue increased by 69.7%

At the same time, ad spend decreased by 24.1%.

The campaigns generated a 1235% return on ad spend and delivered a 90.82% increase in ROAS compared to the same period last year.

Good paid advertising is not about generating more clicks.

It's about generating more of the actions that matter while making every marketing dollar work harder.

If you're seeing rising ad costs without a corresponding increase in results, it may be time to take a closer look at your campaign strategy.
