Inbiz is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Sign Maker / Installer to support our growing production and installation needs. This is a part to full time role with flexible scheduling, ideal for someone who is highly skilled, dependable, and comfortable working across a variety of sign production tasks.
About the Role
You’ll work on a wide range of signage projects including vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, CNC-routed products, and wide-format printed materials. You should be a versatile generalist with strong hands-on production abilities and confident installation skills. The ideal candidate will have Adobe Creative Suite experience and be able to take a bid from start to finish. We will provide training to fill in the gaps for to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site sign installations for interior and exterior applications
Produce and apply vinyl graphics, decals, and lettering on windows and vehicles
Operate wide-format printers, laminators, and CNC equipment
Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the production process
Follow job specs, timelines, and safety procedures
Collaborate professionally with the Inbiz team and clients on site
Graphic Design using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Ideal Skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely on ladders and varying site conditions
Strong hands-on signmaking experience (vinyl, wraps, CNC, installations, etc.)
Comfortable with tools, equipment, and precise measurements
Reliable, organized, and focused on high-quality results
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Versaworks or similar print software
Familiarity with ShopVox or other sign/production management systems
Fall protection or lift certification
Previous printing sign work
