📣 Client Spotlight: Urban Flats by PC Urban 🍃

When your mission is “Purpose-built rental communities that put people first”, you’d better have a solid website to back that statement up, and urban-flats.com is just that.

We built the website for Urban Flats, which is the rental community division of established real estate developer, PC Urban. We worked on the site’s initial launch and 1.0 version and were excited to come on board again for the site’s evolution in 2024.

Meticulously designed and well thought out content architecture by the team , the site showcases the various communities in the Urban Flats offering at their various stages in the development cycle. The site also includes detailed information about the company, its approach, and people.

We hand-coded the entire UI with HTML/CSS and JavaScript, and to manage content the site runs off of Craft CMS () and consists of a wide variety of content panel types, which the team at Urban Flats can use to expand the site as their needs change, as well as to build out news and updates posts as they arise.

📣 Client Spotlight: Young, Anderson: Barristers & Solicitors 🏛️
Today we’re celebrating one of our most enduring partnerships—BC’s premier Municipal law firm, Young, Anderson.

Over a decade ago, they approached us seeking more than just another law firm website. They wanted a true client resource that would stand out in a traditionally conservative industry. Our first collaboration predated responsive design, built on ExpressionEngine CMS with a distinctive visual identity (including their logo, which we also designed).

Fast-forward to today: we’ve thoughtfully evolved their digital presence for the mobile-first era while preserving the distinctive brand elements and even the overall site design, that made the long-established firm unique. The migration to allowed us to seamlessly transfer more than a decade’s worth of valuable content while creating a secure, stable platform that their team can effortlessly update with lawyer profiles, events, bulletins, newsletters, and more.

This project exemplifies our commitment to long-term client relationships and creating digital solutions that grow and evolve alongside the organizations we serve.

Working with the Urban Development Institute (UDI) was an incredible opportunity that showcased our team’s creative and technical expertise. In 2023, UDI had outgrown their previous website and developed a bold new brand identity. They needed a partner who could handle diverse content types and complex layouts while bringing their ambitious brand vision to life.

After thorough research and collaborative planning with UDI’s Director of Knowledge Transfer, we crafted a sophisticated site architecture featuring varied panel types that perfectly showcase their brand and effectively communicate with members and prospects alike.

Using as our foundation, we built a highly customizable platform that empowers the UDI team to easily manage their extensive content. We also developed a seamless integration with CRM to highlight their events program—a cornerstone of UDI’s industry presence.

A standout feature is our advanced filtering system that guides prospective members to the right membership tier and streamlines the purchase process.

The result? A website that perfectly balances bold design with intuitive functionality—just like UDI itself.

🎿 Local Business Website Spotlight 📍Based in Whistler, BC and entering their 50th year anniversary, Ecosign Mountain Resort Planners approached Vibe9 to work with their team to develop a website that would help the company bring their brand refresh to their website, and showcase their 1000+ projects worldwide. Working with local Squamish graphic designer Anna Sobieniak we built a clean, powerful UI, backed by an equally user-friendly and scalable CMS . A standout feature of the site is the interactive map, which allows users to quickly and easily view any and all of Ecosign’s 1k+ projects on the live map. We’re thrilled to share one of our many rewarding projects launched in 2024.

Vibe9 had the privilege of collaborating with the amazing team at Nevvco Strategies (shoutout to Emily Edwards and William Johnson - nevvcostrategies.com) who brought us on to bring ROSC Solutions Group’s vision to life.

ROSC Solutions Group is a leader in comprehensive addiction recovery, medical, and psychosocial services, currently with 5 organizations under their umbrella, each serving a unique purpose in the realm of addiction services.

Our mission? Create six content-heavy websites that reflect each organization’s distinctive branding and message—all while running seamlessly on a single CMS. Using Craft CMS’s Multi-Site functionality, we developed a scalable system that not only supports the current six sites but also allows ROSC to continually expand and evolve as they grow.

The solution included simple, clean, reusable, multi-purpose “block panels” that enabled us to build unique pages tailored to the specific needs of each organization, making future content updates efficient and consistent.

This project pushed our creativity and technical expertise, and we couldn’t be more proud of the outcome!
