Spring is only a week away, the birds are back, and somehow my step already feels a little lighter. đˇ
Thereâs something about this season that invites us to reset, dream again, and think about what we truly want to grow in the months ahead.
I was honoured to be a guest presenter for the March event. We worked on dream boards, where we spent the evening creating and sharing together.
Vision boards might feel like a creative exercise, but thereâs actually some brain science behind why they can be helpful. When we regularly see images and words that represent our goals, the brainâs Reticular Activating System begins filtering for opportunities and ideas that align with them.
In simple terms, what you focus on⌠you start noticing more of.
Add visualization and positive emotion, and your brain releases dopamine â the motivation chemical that helps drive action and momentum.
So a vision board isnât just arts and crafts⌠itâs a visual reminder that keeps your dreams front and centre as the year unfolds.
And honestly, thereâs no better season than spring to start planting those seeds. đŁ
Do you create a vision board for your dreams? Let me know in the comments.
