Because Valerie touched the lives of so many, a Book of Remembrance will be available on the front counter of our Smiths Falls office.

We invite you to share a special memory, story, or message in her honour. ❤️

It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of a valued member of our team.

As a small business, our staff are more than just coworkers — we are a family.

Please be aware that our turnaround times may be affected over the coming days. We will do everything we can to minimize delays and continue providing the service our customers have come to expect.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness as we navigate this difficult time.

Thank you for your continued support.
