Centennial Ridges | 10.4 km🍁

One of the best panoramic views in the park, with two major ridges overlooking colourful forests and lakes. A more challenging hike, but the views are worth it.

A shorter but steep hike featuring incredible views over Rock Lake. One of the best options for combining fall colours with a beautiful lake view.

Presqu’Ile Provincial Park Campsite 123 Review 🏕️

⭐️ 2.5/5 on Qamp

This site is on the lower end of the campsites at Presqu’Ile. It’s quite thin, so there isn’t a ton of room to set up or spread out.

🌲 Privacy: Not very secluded. Your neighbours are highly visible from the site, making it feel a little crowded.

👀 Views: There’s not much of a view from the campsite either. You’re mostly looking at other campsites rather than the lake or surrounding scenery.

📐 Space: The site is fairly narrow, so it may feel cramped depending on your setup.

Overall, I’d probably choose another site at Presqu’Ile if privacy, space, or a nice view are priorities.

Presqu’Ile Provincial Park Campsite 77 🏕️📍

⭐️ 3.5/5 on Qamp

Campsite 77 is a large, flat site that works well for both tents and RVs. The biggest downside is privacy. Since it’s located on a corner, it feels fairly exposed to neighbouring campsites.

That said, you get some beautiful views of Lake Ontario, which definitely adds to the appeal 🌊

Overall, a solid campsite if space and lake views matter more to you than seclusion.

Presqu’Ile Provincial Park Campsite 76 Review🏕️

This site is large enough to comfortably fit an RV, with plenty of room around the campsite to set up your chairs, table, and camping gear without feeling cramped.

One of the biggest highlights is the Lake Ontario view. The campsite faces the water, giving you a beautiful backdrop throughout your stay and making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. 🌊

The site also has a good amount of privacy compared to some of the more open campsites. There’s tree cover surrounding the area, which helps give you a more secluded feeling while still allowing you to enjoy the views.

Another thing I liked about 76 is the balance of sun and shade. You get enough shade from the surrounding trees to escape the sun when you need to, but there are also sunny areas throughout the site.

The campsite itself is relatively flat and spacious, making setup a little easier and giving you plenty of usable space.

Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A spacious, relatively private campsite with a great balance of sun and shade, plus beautiful Lake Ontario views right from your site.

Would you camp here? 👀

This weekend was the busiest I’ve seen Presqu’ile Provincial Park’s beach in a while! 🏖️

The water was so warm near the shore, but it wasn’t the cleanest. As you got deeper, the water became cleaner but colder 🥶

Guess the (Ontario) Provincial or National Park!🏕️

We will call out who gets it🙌

We had an incredible moment when this beautiful turtle unexpectedly visited us at our campsite in Algonquin Park 📍🏕️

We stayed completely still and silent, amazed that it had come so close to us. We even got to hear its surprisingly loud breathing 🐢

Unfortunately, our peaceful encounter came to an end when intense thunderstorms rolled in shortly after this video was taken ⛈️

One of those unforgettable camping moments you never really plan for.
