🎭 The Garry Theatre is looking for volunteers!

The lights are finally coming back on — and we’re building a team to help support operations and create memorable experiences for our community.

As a not-for-profit organization, volunteers will be at the heart of the Garry Theatre’s success and long-term financial sustainability. By sharing their time, skills, and passion, our volunteers will help shape the theatre’s future and bring movies, performances, and community events to life.

Join us for a volunteer orientation at the Garry Theatre:

📅 Thursday, October 8 at 7:00 p.m.
OR
📅 Saturday, October 10 at 11:00 a.m.

We’ll talk about volunteer roles, how things will work, and start putting teams together.

Volunteers will work in teams of 4–6 people and will work one shift every 3–4 weeks. Most shifts will be approximately 1½ hours.

Bring a friend, family member, neighbour, or someone else you’d enjoy volunteering with!

When you volunteer for a screening or event, you’ll receive a complimentary popcorn and pop and have the opportunity to enjoy the movie or event you’re helping with. 🍿

Can’t make either session? Contact [email protected] to let us know you’re interested.

The lights are coming back on. Be part of the story. ❤️
