Our Time Healthy Baby Program!

Funded through the Department of Families, these programs offer community-based support for prenatal and post-partum families. Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority’s Our Time Healthy Baby Program is available for all pregnant individuals and parents with infants up to one year of age. Healthy Baby Community Programs help pregnant individuals and new parents connect with other parents, families and health professionals.

Our Time Healthy Baby Drop in Drop-ins are free and no registration is required. Groups meet in various sites throughout the region on a regular basis, providing a friendly, informal environment where parents and their children can ask questions and receive current, relevant information.

Join us for our Annual Waterbug Derby and show off your critter dipping skills.

Dip your net in the murky waters of Oak Hammock Marsh and try to capture as many different species of aquatic invertebrates to get a chance of winning some prizes.

Dipping from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and winners announced at 3:30 p.m.

This activity is included with general admission and is a very popular family friendly event!

Rent a bicycle or a canoe to round up your day or join us for a guided voyageur canoe!
