E-waste Fur Animals is a program which was established by SLP Computer Repairs in the spring of 2015, now going on its 11th year it has collected approximately 20,421 pounds or 9.3 tons of electronic waste, better known as e-waste. This program has raised much needed awareness towards animal welfare as well as the environmental impacts of our electronic consumerism on top of raising money each year towards program costs and from these collections 100% of the money raised has benefited the following organizations, Urban Wildlife Care, Animal Assistance Society of Niagara as well as Niagara Action for Animals. These are 3 non-profit organizations local to the Niagara Region whom advocate for and or rehabilitate animals, both domesticated and wild, a huge thanks goes out to the many residential as well as businesses who have donated to this program, thank you all so much!
Collections are only accepted between April 1st and September 30th, medium or small sized items can be dropped off anytime of the week on the front porch of the address below, please put all items in closed cardboard boxes near the porch door!
