Trilogen Technologies Inc. takes pride in having developed excellent quality software over the course of the 20+ years that they have been in business. They have maintained business relationships with many of their clients for over a decade. Trilogen is located in Niagara Falls and they currently employ six full time staff.

A living wage reflects what earners need to be paid based on the actual costs of living and being included in the community. A living wage is not the same as the legislated minimum wage. It is a voluntary commitment that employers can make to compensate directly-employed and contract-employed full-time and part-time workers. The 2019 living wage for Niagara region has been calculated to be $18.12/hour. If an employer’s total compensation package includes benefits such as dental and prescription drugs, the living wage can be lowered by at least $1.00/hour.

Is your website ready for the new AODA Compliance Rules?
Beginning January 1, 2021: all public websites and web content posted after January 1, 2012 must meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA other than criteria 1.2.4 (live captions) and 1.2.5 (pre-recorded audio descriptions). By law, you must make new and significantly refreshed public websites accessible if you are a public sector organization and are launching a significantly refreshed website.
This means you are keeping the same web address, but you are making changes such as:
a new look and feel to the website;
how users navigate around it;
a major update and change to the content of the website.
Content (Content means any information that may be found on a web page or web application, including text, images, forms and sounds.)

COVID-19 Organizational Response
As the global impacts of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to progress and affect the many communities we serve, so too does our response. Effective June 29th, all Trilogen staff will be returning to work at our offices. There have been procedures, policies and training that the employees have all had to ensure we are practicing social distancing, sanitizing efforts and that we will continue to do our part to flatten the curve.
These are extraordinary times and we must all work together to ensure our communities remain calm, safe and healthy. If there is anything we can do to assist your team during this continually evolving situation, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

COVID-19 Organizational Response
As the global impacts of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to progress and affect the many communities we serve, so too does our response. Effective March 17, all Trilogen staff will be working online and remotely from home to practice social distancing and do our part to flatten the curve. We are currently undergoing special measures at our offices to ensure a safe return to work for all employees. When we feel all necessary measures and training is completed we will be returning to the offices as a team.

Our team is set up to deliver continued full-service to our clients until we are advised otherwise by local health officials. We will continue to engage with all stakeholders to provide timely and prioritized responses to your questions and concerns.
