Due to the outage with NFTC, Juce Connect Rodney is also offline.
We are taking this time today to physically switch our service providers so that this is no longer an issue for us. Our customers deserve better, and their customer service at a supplier level is about the same as it is for residential customers, which is essentially non-existant.
We thank our customers for their continued patience.
