多【ROGERS 地鐵 5G 網路開通！首階段可使用鐵路站是...？】

加拿大電信 Rogers 正式宣布，在多倫多地鐵的部分區域正式提供5G服務！😍

由今日起，乘坐多倫多地鐵的乘客現在可以在選定的隧道和車站使用 5G 服務，包括通話、短信和上網的功能。✨

目前第一階段已覆蓋5G 服務的區域包括位於Line 1 Yonge-University-Spadina 線上的所有市中心U型路段的車站，以及位於Line 2 Bloor-Danforth 線上的13 個車站，從Keele 車站延伸至Castle Frank車站；還有位於St. George 車站和Yonge 車站之間的隧道。

5G網絡亦允許所有乘客在覆蓋的區域內使用 911 服務，無論他們的手機服務提供商是誰。

【新法規通過！會令你節省不少更換手機的花費！😍 】

最新通過的歐盟法規，將會令手機市場「還原基本步」，站在消費者的角度，則可以節省很多因電池折舊而要更換手機的花費！

歐盟要求在歐盟銷售的智能手機必須採用可更換的便攜式電池，並進一步規定了所有可充電電池的設計、生產和回收要求，目前，大多數製造商要求手機和平板電腦的電池只能由專業人員安全更換；新的歐盟法規將要求在歐盟銷售的智能手機、平板電腦和相機等便攜式設備的電池必須讓消費者輕鬆取出和更換。👍

新法規以 587 票贊成、9 票反對和 20 票棄權通過，待歐洲理事會批准後將正式公佈並預計該法規將於 2027 年生效，這個決定預計會對全球手機市場造成一定影響。

【】The winner of the creative category in the has caused controversy as it is not a real photo, but an image generated by an artificial intelligence system.

The artist behind the work, Boris Eldagsen, entered the competition to stimulate discussion about the differences between photography and AI-generated images. The work, titled "PSEUDOMNESIA: Fake Memories," was generated by Eldagsen using an AI system that he guided using his experience as a photographer.

The official website of the awards has removed the work, and the World Photography Organization has not issued a statement on the matter. Tell us your thought?

知名攝影比賽「Sony世界攝影大獎」（Sony World Photography Awards）日前公布2023年獲獎名單，獲得創意組別冠軍的作品竟非真實拍攝的照片，而是透過人工智慧（AI）系統生成的圖像！

德國藝術家 Boris Eldagsen 在公佈得獎後，他立即自首並拒絕接收獎項。原來他參賽的目的就是想激起關於攝影和 AI 生成圖片差異的討論。

這個名為《PSEUDOMNESIA: Fake Memories》的作品是他參照 1940 年代相片風格，並透過文字和圖像修補來生成的 AI 圖像。Eldagsen 形容他是以攝影師的經驗，指導 AI 生成技術來共同創作，希望這次的事件能公開呼籲攝影獎項主辦方加強辨識真實攝影作品和 AI 生成內容。

Canada's Industry Minister has approved Rogers Communications' acquisition of Shaw Communications for $26 billion , with some conditions.

As consumers, what we need to know that Freedom Mobile will expand its 5G network and offer cheaper plans in Quebec. Rogers must establish a headquarters in Calgary and create 3000 jobs, and invest $4 billion in network service expansion, including a low-cost mobile plan for low-income Canadians. Excited right?

加拿大工業部長 François-Philippe Champagne上週五正式批准 Rogers 通信公司收購競爭對手 Shaw 電信公司，這項價值 260 億美元的交易震撼了整個加拿大電信行業，但有一些附加條件是這兩家公司必須遵守，不然就會受到最高10億的處罰！以下是作為消費者的我們需要知道的３件事：

（１）Freedom Mobile 將會擴大 5G 網路，會推出更便宜套餐

（３）Rogers 將投資 40 億用於網絡服務擴展

Rogers 將投資 10 億用於擴展目前無法提供寬帶互聯網接入和5G移動服務的地方，30億用於其他網絡服務擴展項目，也要為低收入加拿大人建立一個低成本手機移動計劃。
