We regret to inform our customers that on Monday, June 17th our wholesaler, and it's partnering business Northern Rural Net sent staff members to our office, and posing under false authority to our landlord, had the locks changed.
When OVNet's Admin staff was questioned in regards to this, she quit; and assumed a new position within our wholesaler's company.
The police believed this to be a civil matter and as such we were forced to pursue this with lawyers.
The accounting and data files were electronically deleted and copies transferred to the individuals posing as your new internet provider.
A few customers have noted double accounting of their amounts owing, or discrepancies in "why" the correspondence is coming from a new provider.
Alhough we cannot provide more information at this time, we will keep this page open for communication as it becomes available.
