Alta Strada went all in on their messaging.

Casual language, relatable phrasing, and an earnest desire to be present.

To live life fully.

The site uses interactions to guide the prospect through the copy.

Balancing keywords with relatability is our typical approach.

At times, though, leaning into the message is the better move.

Prospects don't have to work hard to understand what they’re getting with Alta Strada.

The tone is natural and the language is familiar.

They just get it.

That changes how long they stay, what they read, and whether they keep scrolling.

This one landed without checking every box: it checked the right boxes!

Kyle Vasel recently launched his RIA firm, making the shift to independence.

He came to us looking for a simple, minimalistic website that would speak to his niche without saying too much.

The premise was simple: to keep things minimal, clean, and branded.

Designed well enough for a prospect to land on the website and clearly get the vision without overwhelming them in their already likely complex financial world.

We worked with Kyle on his—
→ Logo and brand guidelines
→ Brand collateral like email signatures and business cards
→ Website (as displayed)
→ Lead magnet
→ and 1-pagers
—to help him launch successfully!

Stepping out from a large bank into your own independent advisory firm is such a huge deal.
We’ve seen it done right time and time again.

The amount of preparation, hard work, and involvement is a lot.

I’ve actually personally seen this with my Dad, Scott Sather, and his launch of Awaken Wealth.

I think it’s safe to say Kyle managed this launch rather successfully!

Find out exactly where your advisor website is losing prospects—in under 60 seconds.

And I'll give you the exact prompt to do it at the end of this video.

Drop your URL into Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI model and in seconds you've got feedback on your niche messaging, SEO structure, AEO readiness, and how your site holds up on mobile.

AEO is worth paying attention to here.

Your prospects aren't just Googling anymore—they're opening ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude and asking things like "best financial advisor for tech executives in Austin."

If your site isn't built to show up in those answers, you're invisible to a growing slice of your market.

The prompt covers all of it—outdated imagery, clunky page structure, slow load times, conversion flow—and gives you a prioritized list of what to fix first.

Sixty seconds in, and you actually know where to start.

I looked at 30 advisor websites last month…

And the same five mistakes kept showing up on almost every single one.

Stock photos of beach walks and boardroom handshakes. Calls to action that say "Learn More" and nothing else. Homepage copy that could describe any advisor in any city.

None of it is hard to fix.

Swap the stock imagery for something custom—tools like MidJourney or Nano Banana let you generate on-brand visuals in seconds.

Replace the generic CTAs with something lower stakes and more personal, like "See If We're a Fit" or "Free Assessment."

Make sure your homepage says in the very first sentence exactly who you serve.

Clean up your font pairings—bad ones make even a decent site feel unfinished.

And don't skip the social proof. A single testimonial, a recognizable publication, or a credential displayed above the fold does more for your conversion rate than almost anything else on this list.

None of this needs a designer or a big budget. Just an hour.

A lot of advisors feel behind on AI. Perhaps you’re in that boat.

The reality is, you’re not even close to as behind as you might think.

The saturation you're feeling is your feed, your algorithm.

Most people haven't thought about AI half as much as you have—probably just in this week alone.

So here's the shift worth making.

There are two types of AI content out there right now. The kind that leaves you anxious, and the kind that hands you something you can actually use.

Stop consuming the first one.

If a post or video ends without a tool, a workflow, or a prompt you can plug into your firm today—drop it.

The advisors moving forward with AI aren't consuming more of it. They're just consuming it better.

That shift can happen today.

Building a website is rarely just about the build—the build often goes pretty smoothly!

In a lot of cases, the strategy behind it is the harder part.

Take Enhancing Capital Partners.

This wasn’t a typical advisory site—it leans much more heavily into investing.

This means the approach was different. It had to be different.

You can’t structure it the same way.

You can’t message it the same way.

In some cases, you can’t even say everything you’d normally say. So the focus shifts.

It shifts to how it’s positioned, structured, and communicated within those constraints.

A few of the questions we worked through:
↳ How do you present services when certain strategies can’t be advertised?
↳ How do you speak to two very different niches—without confusing either?
↳ How do you keep things clear without oversimplifying?

That’s where a ton of the work happened.

We iterated on the services page multiple times to get the balance right—clear, compliant, and still meaningful.

We also introduced two separate “Start Here” paths, so each audience has a more direct way in.

When the firm is more nuanced, the website has to accurately reflect that.

Built alongside Owen Haworth, Adam Parmer, and the team at Enhancing Capital Partners, this was a fun & unique one to tackle!

This tool writes four times faster than typing—and most advisors have never heard of it.

Voice to text has been around forever, but this tool is different.

It takes what you'd normally type in a minute and turns it into polished, grammar-corrected copy in about 15 seconds.

For advisors, that means follow-ups, check-ins, outreach, notes, and marketing all get a whole lot easier.

You add it as a shortcut on your keyboard, speak, and it automatically corrects your grammar, polishes it up, and fixes any mess-ups along the way.

It can also save snippets, match your writing style, and lock in your common words and phrases so it writes just like you.

The AI is WisprFlow.

There's a free 14-day trial, so even if you're skeptical—just give it a spin.

The time math alone is worth it.

If you've tried AI and walked away thinking "this isn't for me," “it sounds too AI,” or similar…

The tool probably isn't the problem.

Bad AI results usually come from bad prompts. That’s not even a shot.

Most advisors are using AI at its base level—open it up, type in a request, hope for the best. That's kind of like hiring a great employee and never giving them any context. You'll get something back. It just won't be very good.

Here's where prompting actually starts.

Give it context. Tell it about your niche, your tone, the type of client you're writing for. The more it knows, the better it performs.

And once you're doing that consistently, the next step is building that context permanently—through Skills in Claude, custom GPTs, whatever platform you're on.

So instead of re-explaining yourself every time, the AI already knows.

Start with the prompt. Build in the context. And let it run.

“A funeral home.”

That’s how John Heldman described their previous website.

Harsh, sure. But he really wasn’t that far off.

It was dark. Heavy, even. Not exactly something that made you want to reach out.

Which is a pretty clear problem. Your website sets the tone before you ever speak to someone.

If it’s too cold, too flat, too dated—people pick up on that right away (within like, 2 seconds).

John knew that. He wanted a custom build that made it easier for both prospects and existing clients to engage.

Something lighter, more approachable, and easier to move through.

When the experience improves, everything downstream does too.

People stay longer, they understand more, and they’re more likely to take the next step!

We built a site someone can land on and feel comfortable moving forward with.
That’s what it is now.

A site that invites interaction instead of pushing people away—and supports the kind of experience John wants his clients to have from that very first click.
