Following OSF Digital’s selection to the Salesforce FDE Partner Network, our team joined Salesforce for the Agentforce FDE Ready: “Making Agents Matter” Partner Workshop.

The sessions were less about AI theory and more about what it takes to make agents useful in real enterprise environments: the data they need, the channels they work across, the context they rely on, and the way teams actually adopt them.

The workshop covered Agentforce extensibility, RAG patterns, Data Cloud integration, Intelligent Context, and multi-channel AI experiences. But the bigger discussion was about moving AI from pilots into work that can be measured, governed, and used by the business.

A key takeaway: AI agents deliver the most value when they are tied to clear business outcomes and introduced with adoption in mind from the start.
