Need a little help with Photohawk? 
Just a reminder that our Photohawk Helpdesk is packed with step-by-step guides to help you get the most from your account. 
Whether you’re creating a gallery, uploading photos, managing orders, setting up products or simply trying to find where something lives, there’s a good chance we’ve already got a guide to walk you through it.
And with our new Admin experience now available, we’ll continue updating and adding to our guides as Photohawk evolves. 
You’ll also find a dedicated Customer Support section, so if one of your customers needs help finding their photos or has a question about an order, there are resources for them too.

It’s been great hearing how much you’re enjoying the new Photohawk Admin — and even better hearing your ideas for how we can continue improving it. 
Just this morning, we added List View and Calendar View to the Galleries page. It’s something we’d discussed previously, but conversations with one of our members helped bring it to life. 
This is exactly how we want Photohawk to evolve — listening to the photographers who use it every day and continuing to make your workflow easier.

The new Photohawk Admin is here!  
Over the years, we’ve listened closely to your feedback, suggestions and ideas for improving the Photohawk experience — and it’s all come together in our new Admin. 
It’s faster, cleaner and easier to navigate, with lots of improvements designed around the way you actually use Photohawk. 
If you’re in the middle of a busy event weekend, don’t worry — you can switch back to the original admin site at any time while you get familiar with the new one. 
Next time you’re uploading photos, creating galleries, checking orders or setting up coupons, click “Explore now” and give it a try. 
We’d love to hear what you think. Every bit of feedback helps us keep improving Photohawk for photographers like you.

Did you know every print order is manually checked by our team?  
Before your photo prints, posters, mugs, canvases, magnets and other photo gifts go to print, we carefully review every order to make sure the crop looks just right. 
If we spot anything that could be improved—whether that’s a face being cropped, an awkward canvas wrap, or a better image position—we’ll get in touch first so you can choose the option you prefer. 
It’s just one of the ways we help make sure every order arrives looking its very best.

What a backdrop for a race!  ig captured some incredible moments from the Cheddar Gorge Challenge 2026, showcasing runners taking on one of the most spectacular limestone landscapes in the UK. 
From the dramatic cliff-top trails overlooking Cheddar Gorge to the rolling Mendip Hills, every photo tells the story of an unforgettable day. Participants tackled stunning landscapes, historic trails, and of course the infamous Hell Steps on their journey through this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
