We’re hiring a Print Production Coordinator.
What does that mean exactly?

It means you’re the person who keeps print jobs moving—start to finish.

You’ll handle incoming inquiries, communicate with clients about print-ready files (or sell the benefits of having us design it for them), and prepare files for production. From there, you’ll set jobs up in the RIP, ensure the right paper and materials are ready, and run the print job through finishing—cutting, binding, packaging, and boxing.

You’ll also invoice completed jobs, notify clients when their orders are ready, and keep records organized and up to date. In a small shop like ours, this role touches everything—and that’s what makes it exciting.
