🚨 Small Business Owners Deserve Better! 🚨
I am beyond frustrated with how Google controls the online presence of small businesses like mine. For weeks, I have been fighting to get my business profile reinstated, following every step they require—submitting appeals, providing information, and complying with their process—only to be met with vague, automated responses and no resolution.
Google dominates global search, leaving small businesses with no real alternatives. If I had another option, I would take it in a heartbeat. But right now, they control visibility, traffic, and ultimately, a major part of business success. And when something goes wrong? There’s no real support, no accountability, just endless loops of automated messages and policies that lead nowhere.
This isn’t just my problem—it’s a serious issue for every small business that depends on search visibility to survive. The lack of real assistance from Google is damaging livelihoods and making it nearly impossible to operate without jumping through hoops that seem designed to fail.
It’s time for real alternatives and better support for small businesses that rely on online search to connect with customers. If you’ve experienced similar issues, share your story. We need to demand better from the platforms that claim to support businesses but, in reality, hold all the power.
