📱 **PHONE NOT CHARGING? Check Your Charging Port!** 🔌

Most charging issues aren't actually battery problems - they're dirt and lint blocking your charging port! Here’s how to tell if yours needs cleaning:

✅ **The Click Test**: When you insert your cable, it should make a satisfying "click" sound. If it feels mushy or loose, that’s a red flag!

✅ **The Insertion Check**: Your cable should go ALL the way in. If you can see metal between your phone and the plastic part of the charger, something’s blocking it.

⚠️ **IMPORTANT WARNING**: DON’T force the cable in! This will compact the debris into a solid block and may make it impossible to clean properly.

⚠️ **DON’T try cleaning it yourself** - you could damage delicate components inside your phone.

Hello Banana Service Customers,

This is to let people know about our holiday hours for this 2023 Season. Currently our store is open until Saturday December 23rd 9am-5pm. So if you have any store pickups that you want to get before the holidays make sure you do so. After that the next time our store is open is Wednesday December 27th 9am-6pm. We are then closed the following Monday January 1st for New Years day and will open back up Tuesday January 2nd. Have a Happy Holidays.
