Since day 1 of launching our startup, we've been working hard to help other teams grow. From hunting unicorns in the GTA to adventures across LATAM, our talent acquisition strategies have evolved.

There are a lot of great tools out there to get the job done. We've tried most of them, but something was always missing.

So we decided to build our own. Between finding a C-Suite all-star or building entire engineering departments, we developed our own hiring platform. Since our team's speed and efficiency have improved dramatically, we think it's time to share it with everyone.

Canada's unemployment rate has dropped to 5.5 percent, with the country adding 34,500 full-time in January – roughly double what was expected, according to Statistics Canada. Despite recent weaknesses in the nation's economy, over 60,000 jobs were created in the past two months. The majority of gains were in Ontario and Quebec, with manufacturing and construction positions gaining the most jobs. Hourly wages have risen over 4 percent in the last year, and economists expect the labour market to continue to grow in 2020.
