The day was packed with hands-on training and practical learning, from exploring the future of utility technology and NorthStar’s roadmap to sessions on billing accuracy, automation, credit control, and field workflows. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our team, we raised just over $5000 through our Holiday Hamper drive, bringing joy to four local families this season.

Those donations turned into holiday magic: festive dinners on the table, gifts under the tree, and memories that last.
