North American Technology Demonstration (NATD) NATD - 25th to the 27th of October, in Ottawa, Canada

The 2011 North American Technology Demonstration (NATD) is sponsored by NATO, and jointly hosted by the United States Department of Defense Non-Lethal Weapon Program and the Canadian Department of National Defence to showcase Non-Lethal Capabilities that can be acquired and fielded quickly in support of ISAF and counter-terrorism operations. The 2011 NATD will enable industry the opportunity to in

form participants from NATO, ISAF, and other nations on the availability, development, effects and potential uses of various Non-Lethal Capabilities. The forum of the 2011 NATD will also promote technological development related to Non-Lethal Capabilities through the sharing of requirements with participating companies. The 2011 NATD will provide participants with the opportunity to network with numerous industry representatives involved in current and emerging Non-Lethal Capabilities. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with international leaders from industry, plus government and military leaders and staff from NATO, Partner for Peace, Mediterranean Dialogue and Contact Countries as well as select allies. Most government and military attendees will be from the operational and armaments communities including requirements and acquisition staff from Defence, Police, Security and Coast Guard sectors.
