bps, dial-up, free local email, basic web hosting, and in addition to our staff support, have a volunteer Help Desk so our members can ask questions about a range of internet and computer-related issues. We also connect members so they can share and improve their skills.

Welcome to our new summer staffers! Robert Macalintal and Nash Villarta are HelpDesk Analysts and Jon Liu is a back-end Web Developer.

Yesterday as part of their orientation they got to tour our CommuniFi sites with longtime NCF staffer Andrew Martey-Asare (repping our new merch, ahem). Great day for rooftop pics and to literally see NCF's plans for digital equity in action!
