Are you an experienced sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and finding the right technology solutions to meet business needs? Netagen is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team and help organizations navigate their technology journey.

Connecting. Collaborating. Exploring What’s Next.

The Netagen Team had an engaging and insightful experience at the Zoom Partner Access: Technical Forum in Boston.

The event was a great opportunity to connect with the Zoom team and fellow partners, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights into the latest developments in AI, Voice AI, and intelligent communications.

From exploring the future of Zoom Virtual Agent to meaningful conversations around innovation and customer experience, the forum offered plenty of inspiration and new perspectives on where the industry is heading.

Yesterday, we wrapped up the Netagen Sales Rally 2026 after an incredible few days filled with collaboration, learning, strategy, and meaningful conversations with both our team and valued partners.

From discussions around AI, evolving technologies, and market transitions to strengthening relationships and sharing ideas for the future, this year’s Sales Rally reinforced the importance of staying informed, adaptable, and customer-focused in an ever-changing industry.

A sincere thank you to our partners Cisco, Zoom, Extreme Networks, Enghouse, ifonica, Avaya, HPE, TD SYNNEX, and everyone who contributed their time, insights, and expertise throughout the week. Your partnership and collaboration continue to play an important role in helping us deliver the best possible solutions and support for our customers.

Most importantly, this week was about investing in ourselves — strengthening our expertise, deepening our understanding of the market, and continuing to evolve so we can better support our customers with confidence, knowledge, and trusted guidance.

After a full day of conversations around market transitions, evolving technologies, and helping customers navigate change with confidence, Day 3 of the Netagen Sales Rally 2026 continued with a great evening at CHOP Steakhouse.

The discussions didn’t stop when the sessions ended. Dinner provided another opportunity to connect with our partners, share insights, strengthen relationships, and continue exchanging ideas around the future of technology and how we can best support our customers through an ever-changing landscape.

Events like these are a reminder that strong partnerships and open collaboration are key to staying ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

Day 3 of the Netagen Sales Rally 2026 focused on understanding the evolving technology landscape and what today’s market transitions mean for our customers.

From HPE’s onboarding of Juniper to Avaya’s transition toward the Nexus and Infinity platforms, the conversations throughout the day centred around helping our team stay ahead of changing vendor strategies, evolving solutions, and shifting market demands.

For our customers, these transitions can often feel complex and overwhelming — which is why it’s important for us to invest the time in understanding them, so our customers don’t have to navigate them alone. Our role is to help simplify the changes, provide guidance, and ensure organizations are making informed decisions that support their long-term goals.

As the industry continues to evolve, so does our commitment to strengthening our expertise and delivering the knowledge, support, and solutions our customers rely on.

Day 2 of the Netagen Sales Rally 2026 brought more great discussions, collaboration, and engagement with Zoom, Extreme Networks, and TD SYNNEX.

AI was definitely the buzzword of the day, sparking insightful conversations around how it’s shaping the future of technology and business. As Rick T asked the group, “Is the human race ready for this?” — a question that led to thoughtful discussions around the role AI should play in our future. The consensus? AI should be used to support people, enhance expertise, and help make our lives and work more efficient — not replace the human relationships, knowledge, and experience that continue to drive innovation and meaningful results.

As we continue through the week, we’re focused on strengthening relationships with our partners, expanding our knowledge, and continuing to evolve the solutions and expertise we bring to our customers.

Looking forward to continuing the conversations and collaboration during tonight’s networking dinner.
