Under the supervision of the IT project manager, the analyst-programmers will be part of a team responsible for the development of IT applications mainly with Visual Studio under Windows®, Oracle® and SQL Server®, and according to recognized software engineering practices. They will be responsible for and participate in all stages of software design and programming using web programming and relational database technologies. They will also participate in the development of new functionalities as well as in the corrective and adaptive maintenance of the applications. They will ensure the proper functioning and availability

Responsibilities:

Analyzing data using statistical techniques

Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems

Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets

Design, Develop and Implement reports using Power BI in a Commercial Pharmaceutical environment

Qualifications:

Advanced Analytical Skills

Solid T-SQL ad-hoc query coding skills

Solid understanding of Relational Database architectures

Superior oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a self-motivated, self directed manner within broad parameters

Ability to quickly bring others up to speed, to pass on knowledge, skills and responsibilities to a successor and teammates

Knowledge of pension administration is a plus

Knowledge of structured project management and system development methodologies

Ability to act as a Business Analyst and extract, document and analyze data based on feedback from subject matter experts.

Quality assurance of procedures / systems from a data perspective including data audits.

Required Skills:

SQL Server, Oracle, and MS dev tools (VB.NET and C #).

Problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Pattern and trend identification.

Data mining and data QA.

Database design and management.

Engaging with C-level executives to define enterprise strategies.
Identifying motivators for adoption and unlocking enterprise challenges.
Analyzing application portfolios, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components, and assessing migration feasibility including hybrid and on-premise solutions for technology clusters and patterns.
Establishing shared IT service centers for operations.
Cost/Benefit modeling and creating compelling business cases for migration.
Generating migration roadmaps and driving buy-in across complex organization structures.
Collaborating with consulting and managed services partners to build and execute migration plans.
Getting feedback from common Enterprise requirements into service development teams.

Managing executive Customer relationships and key business stakeholders.
Delivering IT Strategy & Consulting services
Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and identifying the relationships between business services, information, applications and global infrastructure assets.
Enterprise IT management frameworks (e.g. ITIL v3 processes).
Broad Enterprise systems experience including SAP, Oracle, MSFT and custom /.NET applications.
Designing, building, and operating global IT infrastructures.
A proven track record of managing and delivering large- enterprise IT projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations.
Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including PCI DSS, SOC-1&2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GxP and FDA.
Hands on experience leading large- global IT transformation projects.
Demonstrated industry leadership in the areas of IT Operations, computing, IT Strategy.
Track record of implementing services in a variety of computing, enterprise environments.
