I spent the last 3 days rebuilding my Painting Gallery pages on my www.readworks.ca website. New better quality images with a cleaner look. The images now show the full painting rather than the cropped partial images as before. You can click on the image to view a larger Lightbox image. It was a lot of work and still some tweaking to do.

Geek Time!
I spent all day today trying to resurrect my old HP PC Laptop running Windows 7. I only use it for Quickbooks and almost never internet. The problems started with MS Outlook a few months ago testing an email setup for a client. Then I got an updated Kaspersky Internet Security for 5 computers and thought what the hell might as well install it. Not compatible with this old machine and Win 7. It was running extremely slow, with WerFault memory errors galore. The more I tried to make it run the worse it got. (I thought it had the Corona Virus) Eventually not even booting up. After reading and trying many possible solutions I read about system restore. I booted up in "Safe mode" and restored the system files from before these updates. It's alive, it's alive!
WooHoo Quickbooks works perfectly again.
Yoda prevailed once more! 💻👍👌

Gerdart.com just joined Readcomm Hosting. I built his site one and a half years ago and transferred it over from Network Solutions today. Gerd gets a lower cost, great tech support, and our servers are run on 100% green energy.
