Remember when you last chose a restaurant?
Bet you checked the reviews first, right?
Your potential clients do the EXACT same thing when looking for your services.
I was chatting with a local chiropractor in Whitby last week who was frustrated about losing clients to competitors. When I looked at his website, I found the problem immediately.
His competitor down the street had 23 Google reviews displayed right on their homepage with a big "See why patients choose us" section.
My client? His 31 amazing reviews were buried on Google and invisible to his website visitors.
Here's the thing: people don't just want to know you're good at what you do. They want to see that OTHER PEOPLE think you're good too.
That's why I always tell my clients - your reviews aren't just for Google. They're your best sales tool.
