We have news that genuinely makes us stop and smile. 🥹

ProServeIT has been named one of Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers for 2026 by Mediacorp Canada Inc. and The Globe and Mail. And while every recognition feels special, this one hits different knowing we've earned it four consecutive years running.

This recognition looks at things like workplace culture, benefits, training, community involvement, and work atmosphere. We were recognized for unlimited vacation, profit-sharing, six paid volunteer days, 700+ hours donated to communities last year, and an internship program that turns interns into full-time team members.

But honestly, the metrics aren't the point.

The point is that we genuinely believe that when people feel cared for, supported, and seen at work, everything else follows. Better ideas. Better energy. Better everything. Happy people don't just perform better. They're kinder to each other, more patient with clients, and more willing to go the extra mile because they actually want to, not because they have to.

Eric Sugar, our President, has always said it simply: "If our people are thriving, our clients will too."

That's the whole philosophy right there. Take care of the humans first. The rest takes care of itself.

Being recognized for it is a bonus. The real work happens on a random Wednesday when nobody's watching. In whether people feel safe to ask questions. In whether someone goes home feeling good about their day.

Microsoft just introduced Microsoft 365 E7 🌟

If you’ve been hearing a lot about Copilot, agents, and AI at work lately… this announcement is basically Microsoft saying: "OK, it’s time to move from experimenting with AI to actually running it across the business." 🤖 → 🏢

Here’s the simple way to think about it. 👇

Most organizations today are somewhere around here:

✅ They have Microsoft 365 E5 → a strong, secure foundation for modern work.
Now Microsoft is layering AI on top of that.

So E7 is essentially E5 plus the pieces needed to run AI at scale:
→ ✨ Copilot to bring AI into everyday work
→ 🔑 Entra Suite to manage identity and access
→ 🤖 Agent 365 to keep track of and govern AI agents operating across the company
