We are seeking a full-time Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and other marketing activities for our clients. The position requires working during the night shift and candidates must be physically present at our office, located in Kalabagan, Dhanmondi.
Responsibilities:
1) Plan and execute SEO and Paid Ads campaigns for clients to increase website traffic, leads, and revenue.
2) Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to create engaging content, grow followers, and drive traffic.
3) Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for clients to increase brand awareness and reach their target audience.
4) Analyze data to track performance and ROI of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
5) Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling marketing collateral such as graphics, landing pages, and emails.
6) Communicate with clients regularly to update them on campaign progress, answer questions, and address concerns.
7) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive.
Skills and Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2) Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Paid Ads, and Social Media.
3) Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and trends.
4) Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms.
5) Knowledge of social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
6) Ability to analyze data and use it to make data-driven decisions.
7) Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8) Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
9) Fluency in written and spoken English.
