The BASES website needed a major overhaul in both design and functionality. The website had to be a one stop shop, not just for shopping but also for driving community engagement for potential donors and volunteers. The first step was to migrate their existing set of products from Etsy to Shopify and then to incorporate specific filters & functionality for their one of a kind products.

We also added an online volunteer application form, that makes it super convenient to apply as well as process applications. We have also made it super easy for their staff to add donation specific information and news about community impact & upcoming events.

I had the pleasure of working with the Obakki team for creating a brand new website for their lifestyle brand. Obakki is a leading lifestyle brand from Vancouver that encourages slow design.

The website was built using SuperStore theme by with an emphasis to highlight the values of sustainable consumption, and intentional living. Custom web development helped feature these beautiful handmade items, alongside their artisan’s journey in creating them. This provided a unique feel that blended the best of e-commerce and storytelling.

Wow it's November already! Things are starting to wind down a bit for me. After a really busy summer, I am kinda looking forward to the holiday season. Travel to my home country is on the cards and that in itself needs a lot of planning, shopping and endless to-do lists! Yup, I need lists for everything! 🤷
